Kyoto Yoshino Inc. is the traditional farm growing bamboo shoots in Oharano of Kyoto. In recent years, bamboo shoots farmers has dramatically decrease. At our farm we grow bamboo shoots with pride, responsibility, and protect the farm with the tradition method since hundred years ago. Yoshino farm’s soil which called“ Tenko”, it is a white cray which is quite rare in Japan. This soil grow pure white and soft taste bamboo shoots. We put a meticulous attention to detail of farms to provide safety and security bamboo shoots to customers.
